We Named Him Lunar!

After the moon, since that is when he comes out at night. Here is a picture and video of him. Notice the bald spot on his head. It is actually a gland and that is how you differentiate a boy from a girl sugar glider.

Sasha Has a Boyfriend!!

We can't decide whether he is "Rocky" after the flying squirrel on The Rocky and Bullwinkle show or if he is "Jumpy" since he mostly jumps from branch to branch. One thing for sure - two is definitely more stinky than one and they are noisier at night also. I'm leaning more for "Jumpy".

He didn't have a problem jumping right into the glider bonding pouch with Sasha. He seems to be really protective of it too at times. Sometimes if I'm too noisy next to the cage he will squak at me. Sometimes he just hangs his head out the side of the pouch and stares like he is less than impressed.
