The best way that I have found to reduce the odor that your sugar gliders produce is to use two things. Bleach water and PureAyre spray. You also need to do some cleaning every day. This sounds like a chore doesn't it? However, everyone agreed when we decided to take the critters that everyone would help. So with the help of hubby and daughter we get the job done.
